Solution

The solution involved four important steps:

  • Increase the client’s DevOps team capacity;
  • Create or update necessary documentation;
  • Design new internal developer processes for the team;
  • Improve Agile methodology and mindset.

Methodology

Our approach involved splitting multiple Engineers between the projects in a parity model. Every quarter, we rotate team members across projects to share knowledge.

The new internal developer process improves the overall quality of the delivery, allowing more reusability and a short lead time.
