Challenge
IT team reinforcement in order to:
develop new e-commerce platforms from scratch for internationally acclaimed brands;
develop and maintain Farfetch's internal products, particularly in the areas of testing, data, analytics, and software development.
Solution
Reinforcement of the client's internal team with around 15 consultants from Alter Solutions Portugal, divided among several Farfetch clusters.
Results
We were able to gather internal competencies – specifically in Java, .Net and React technologies – that add value to the development of Farfetch’s projects.
