- Alter Solutions renews the Great Place to Work® certification in Belgium, Portugal, France, and Germany.
- The Polish subsidiary joins the certified countries and receives, for the first time, the certification.
- All the analysed dimensions – credibility, respect, fairness, pride and camaraderie – exceeded 84% of positive reference.
The Alter Solutions group, a technology consultancy company for software services, cybersecurity, turnkey and nearshore projects, renewed the certification from Great Place to Work®, a global authority on culture and well-being at work.
This certification reflects the dedication and continuous efforts of the Alter Solutions teams to create an inclusive, positive, fair, and well-being-promoting workplace.
Credibility, respect, fairness, pride, and camaraderie were the dimensions evaluated by the Great Place to Work® survey to more than 850 employees in Portugal, France, Germany, Poland and Belgium. In the evaluation carried out by the employees in the group, the positive results obtained in matters such as justice, trust, safeness and respect for sexual orientation, color, ethnicity, age or gender stand out.
